A Propos De La livraison
Quels sont les modes de livraison disponibles ?
Nous vous proposons plusieurs moyen de livraison pour votre commande :
- Le retrait en personne au magasin situé 15 rue Fortia à Marseille (c’est gratuit !)
- L’expédition à domicile via La Poste en Colissimo Suivi, avec ou sans signature
- L’expédition en point de retrait via Mondial Relay. Vous pourrez choisir un point de retrait appartenant au réseau Mondial Relay. Cliquez ici pour trouver le point de retrait Mondial relay le plus proche de chez vous.
Quels sont les délais d'expédition et de livraison ?
Sakura Bento expédie ses commandes dans les deux jours ouvrés sous réserve de disponibilité des article et des moyens d’emballage.
Le délai de livraison dépend ensuite du moyen de livraison que vous avez choisi et est entièrement à la responsabilité du prestataire. Les délais moyens annoncés par nos prestataires sont de :
- 3 jours après prise en charge du colis en France métropolitaine pour Mondial Relay
- 2 jours ouvrables après prise en charge du colis par La Poste pour la France Métropolitaine.
Sakura Bento ne peut pas être tenu pour responsable des retards de livraison et ces délais sont donnés à titre indicatifs.

Pouvez-vous envoyer ma commande à une adresse différente ?
Oui tout à fait. La procédure diffère suivant que vous disposiez d’un compte ou pas chez nous.
Sans compte client
Lors de la validation du panier, on vous demandera votre adresse de facturation. Directement en dessous il y aura deux case à cocher une pour créer un compte à la commande, l’autre pour envoyer à une adresse différente de l’adresse de facturation.
Avec un compte client
Connectez vous avec votre compte client en client sur l’icône “mon compte” situé à droite dans le menu principal du site :
Cliquez sur l’onglet “Adresses”
Vous pouvez modifier votre adresse de livraison. Plus tard sur la page de validation de la commande, nous vous proposerons de livrer à cette adresse.
Si la proposition de livrer à une adresse différente n’apparaît pas sur votre page de validation de commande, c’est que votre adresse de facturation et votre adresse de livraison sont identique.
Les Moyens De Paiement
Quels sont les moyens de paiement acceptés ?
Vous pouvez payer en carte bleue (Visa, Mastercard et American Express), ou via votre compte Paypal. Vous pouvez aussi régler en espèces ou en sans contact lors de votre passage en magasin.
Quelles sont les cartes bancaires acceptées ?
Vous pouvez régler en carte bleue VISA, MASTERCARD et AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Comment traitez-vous les données des cartes bancaires de vos clients ?
Le paiement en carte bancaire est traité directement par l’application Monetico de la banque CIC. Nous n’y avons pas accès.
